In PIP course,got the below message.Any one have completed the assessment or can suggest?

Please complete all the learning courses at earliest in the ievolve,if not done yet. Please be aware that non completion of the learning courses will impact the closer of the pip. Just trying to understand what course need to be complete? I have done that pip course as azure and I selected from pip course list.I got the Udemy certificate by completing the course.Please help guys on this doubt 🤔
