Recently i recieved mail for giving in person assessment of competency area in dc , does anyone gone through this assessment before ? Anybody could tell It would be really helpful.

Can I initiate resignation in this case ? And also I will complete my bond after 3 days . Can I initiate separation before bond completion? I'm on bench .

If anyone is on bench for more then 90 days they are asking for in person assessment in base dc.
