Why do you think the whole upper management has suddenly started to shove Values down everyone’s throat. They can’t layoff in India like they are doing in US. They need some excuse. WFO mandate and folks not adhering to the 930 hours will hear the music. Just as the market becomes more harsh, Indian IT will start bleeding.
