IN Office project expectations connect your Mobile Hotspot

Because with LAN I can't connect Remote desktop & project server. It's really frustrating I am doing since last 1 year ir frequently disconnect & even I am not able to present in meetings network strength not enough sometime. This impacting My performance also. Anyone suggest how to tell my project manager make him understand its really a issue. Already sent mail & arranged meeting nothing went ahead then started behave like project giving billing itself big favor they are doing to me. So I stopped 6 months ago speak on that.
