Just saw this horror scene and one enthusiastic employee is saying they don't need comp off for this extra work. What difference will it make by working on the weekend. Just bcoz some ppl like to be slave or are boot lickers others will suffer. Organization will grow and it'll make profit but what's there for those employees 🔔. At first, why did they need this amount of growth in a short time if they needed it then y profit is not shared with everyone. What employee will get from this. NTHNG! They will burn themselves without knowing what's in there for them. They'll show 🍌 of promotion, job security and appraisal and keeps employees busy in competiting with eachother, so that they'll never question about their growth and profit sharing.
