Its 60% of your working days, So if you take leaves your working days will reduce. I've taken 9 leaves so need to go only 7 days which I will complete in my first two weeks.

Just complete 12 days where it is 3 days a week in office. You will be fine. No need to count how many days in the month it is.

Guys just chill
Do your office for first 10 working days sincerely
And you are good to enjoy diwali with your family
I don't think managers mind to enjoy festivals with family

What may happen if we don't complete 60% WFO attendance and have only attended office 6 days? What will be the consequence?
Well we managed it during Ganesh Chaturthi week as well. You're supposed to complete 60% of the total working days (after subtracting leaves and holidays). So there are 2 holidays in this month, so if you don't take any leaves then you're supposed to do 12 days in office. If you take any leaves then you can calculate accordingly. Hope this helps.

The problem here is for those who live too far from the company location. Is it possible that we can report to a nearby location apart from the base location for 2-3 days also so we can balance the days properly? Otherwise I think 11 days is also enough since there are holidays as well as an optional holiday.

Complete 10 days in first two weeks and rest 2 days in the last week. If youre taking leaves in diwali week then calculate the wfo days and visit in first two weeks itself

Do first 12 go then what's problem

Kindly suggest the plan guys
