In my company the notice period is 60 days and when you resign they hold the salary for those 60 days and provide it with the FNF is it fair

Usually companies holds last month notice period salary. I know this is wrong but sadly it is a set industry practice

I worked in a company with 2 month notice period. First month salary you get as usual. Last month they hold and give after FNF
