If you are not working from odc you can work from any office I.e. DC location or satellite location make sure not less than 10 days work from office

If there is no ODC in your project then you can report from anywhere

You can request to transfer your DC. It's a best option. You can RTO from your nearest DC but HR or manager will tell you to return to base DC. It's better for you to request for a transfer
