In how many days you think you will find another job if you are fired today
If you are fired today, then in how many days do you think you will get another job in other company in such market?
Now I'm sure I can find in a month, as since March, hiring increased again and recruiters are reaching me on LinkedIn every now and then. However, I'll take a month off and go on a vacation maybe if that happens.
Smaller startups tend to roll out offer and interview fast - 2 weeks enough to crack 1 or 2 Uniocorns take 2 weeks Bigger companies take 1-3 months
Its a mixture, but if you want an offer fast, interview at startups ( I gave 4 consecutive rounds for a startup in the evening and the next morning I had the offer)
Depends on your skillset. A few have been able to bag multiple offers in a month, while a few others haven't been able to find a single one in 6 months.
