Trending @HCL; In HCL my designation is Senior Consultant I.e grade E2 .

sometimes from my RM or project RM need to know which sub grade am I belong I.e E2.1 / E2.2 ? in my offer cum joining letter it is not mentioned. Hence how can get this information from MYHCL portal .

Most likely Senior means it's .2

Navigate to My profile and click on My ESS home button on the top corner. It will show the sub band details
