In Hand Salary?

I have got selected to SAP SDC India (Banglore)

I have got offered value 18 LPA @10% variable pay so what will be my in hand salary excluding Tax value?

Your fix pay is 1623000 roughly, 60k pf from employee and employer, some 25k for gratuity and some tax. Exact net salary in your bank account will be 1,13,000 based on new regime. It will be more depending at what date you are joining and salary in your prev org.
