Hi can anyone please tell the in-hand salary of Samsung Bangalore for fresher Ctc-20 lpa Base-14 Joining bonus-1 Retention bonus-5 CTC for first year-14+1+1

Heard that 14 lpa is not the base ,it includes variable amount too , can anyone from @samsung tell the in-hand salary
