In hand @ ₹17.4 LPA

Hi Connections,

I have received a compensation structure with a CTC of ₹17.4 LPA. The breakup shows a monthly net take-home of ₹1,41,200 (₹16.94 LPA annually after deductions).

Can anyone please confirm if this is the correct in-hand salary for this structure, or if there are any additional hidden deductions I should be aware of?

Your insights would be really helpful.

one small doubt, which company offers is this, PF contribution is very low, also no variable pay everything is fixed nice to see some company offering like this

In companies you can actually ask that the minimum amount be contributed to EPF, so that's like around Rs 1800 per month

Looks correct but check the TDS!

On this that will be your actual in hand!

Sabse badiya structure hai ye bhai, because company emplpyer pf ka paisa khud se de rahi hai. Which generally companies don't does.
