In diwali companies give bonus to their employees but TCS is deducting the QVA.So disappointed 😔😔

I am working in TCS for over 1.8 years now, its a very pathetic company for average and very low grade to mediocre people. People should move out. Thi is just the bread and butter, the pathetic of all.

Who is TCS to give you a bonus. You make money for TCS and not the other way around. The employer employee relationship here is a fallacy - it's just a covered up form of exploitation.
