Guys, I am working on nights starting at 9 am also working sometimes on weekends I want to leave this company but actually terrified thinking about the fact that other companies might be using the same practice.
Guys could you please share a clear picture of what's going on in your company do all projects have same toxicity??

No it is not normal. Usually, in big service based companies you start work at 10 am and end work at 7-8 pm, may be stretch it to 9-9:30 pm a few times. Weekend work should be a few times only, and you should get paid extra money for that.
In large Product based companies, it is even better, you start late, and you can leave office early, you may have to work till a bit late, may be 9-10 PM, but at least nobody will force you to adhere to any office hours entry-exit times. You come and go as you please, but just you finish your work.
