I am a graduate and a gold medalist with the degree of business administration graduated in the year 2024. I am currently residing in Patna Bihar and working with Axis Bank as HR Trainee/Intern (although the position is contractual and I get proper salary slip the designation on the offer letter and the salary slip is intern). I want to build my career in Human Resource or in finance (I am working on upskilling myself in the field of finance) I am looking for some job/referral, or some advice on what companies to target and how to proceed as LinkedIn and Internshala has been off no use to me till now.
