Recently HR forced me to drop leave request and work on that leave day due to non compliance of hybrid policy.

Absolutely, Capgemini has changed a lot . Blatant disregard for contract , violation of employee contract . Punishing employees for trivial issue .
The policy makers are distant from ground reality, aware yet ignorant of direct impact of such activities on the brand image of the organisation.

Talk your manager, or your hr's manager or Bu head. If what you are saying is true, this is a violation of the leave policy. You can always raise your concerns/complaints to the higher ups. Do it via email.

Same thing happen with me I applied 15 days leaves for Feb and March month for not completing 12 days. I was working on those days. It's a harassment.

Oh then I'm f*cked up. I won't be able to complete 12 days this month.
