In BTO, Leaves are consider but any idea about holiday?
Yes I suppose I attended 10 days and took two days of leave not a holiday Then it will be 10 +2 =12.we are getting such calculations in monthly bto report

Make sure you have 60% of total working days of the month or minimum 12 days,whichever is low, that's the condition
