In big confusion. Please advise
In middle of a big confusion. I am in my mid 40s and have a limited career left. When I joined TCS a few years ago, thought this would be my last company and I would retire from here. However, the tenure will TCS has been horrendous and I am working on technologies that I was working on 10 to 12 years ago in my career. Now I have got a new job but not able to decide whether I should move from TCS, given the perks like job stability and better medical benefits. Request all to kindly advise
Working on new technology is interesting until some time period you might get bored after 6 months or 1 year, if you are satisfied with pay then it is better to retire in TCS.
If you have a better offer and not good benefits as compared to TCS then you should stay back, as your age needs relaxation and not proving yourself again
