Trending @Cognizant; In bench - need suggestions

Hi everyone, I have been working mainly on support and maintenance for 5 years. After the maternity leave i was in pdp, my bench period is 7 days now. I wanted to move to devops roles and I have been trying here but no consideration. I am planning to stay on the bench(even if hr asks to resign it's ok for me) and want to get more experience with devops for few months and try outside. Please suggest this, any help is appreciated
