Bro...to be very honest..TCS is looking for people to leave the organisation that's why they are doing all this, this is the story of all the projects now .. better upgrade move on .or follow what they are saying...

On high level, write a well written mail with all concerns and how it is against tcs policies amd effecting your mental health. Send it to the supervisor of your manager and his supervisor in CC

Valuable suggestion - don't work, be strong in your move😇 release is not easy, they will test your patience but if you don't give up on your decision, then they will do it.

Managers can be a pain in ass. Get released from the project but make sure it won't affect your allocation index.
