Trending @Accenture; In Accenture I have more than 45 days of earned leave. For F&F settlement will I get leave encashment for only 45 days or more?

Pune location, we cannot carry forward more than 45 leaves in next fiscal year but they have not mentioned anything about encashment

Do we have any limitations for earned leaves to be encashed ? I mean is there any limit for a number leaves can be encashed ?
