Trending @Accenture; In a resignation if we didn’t work properly or not attending to meetings any issue ?

I've noticed a teammate isn't working effectively, despite knowing the process. He's often saying 'sorry, you have no idea' when approached for help. Given that he's leaving in 2 months, I'm wondering if management can still take action against him for underperformance. Can anyone share their views on this?
