In a dilemma got a couple of offers. Years of experience 4.5. Based out of Hyderabad.
Offer 1 : 40LPA (total base pay) location is banglore Offer 2 : 33 LPA base + 25% of base (perf bonus) 8.2 LPA= 41.2 LPA location is Hyderabad Offer 3 : 252000 AED (57 LPA) location Dubai (no tax)
40 LPA is basically 30LPA in india (Approx.). Compare 30 Lpa vs 57 lpa then choose. I think you should go with the dubai offer.
If u r confident to find job again, it’s worth exploring Dubai option. You might in future open up more out of India opportunities then while exploring a new place. Otherwise go with offer 1 coz u have btter exit opportunities if it doesn’t pan out
Dubai is extremely expensive. You won’t save much.
