Trending @Infosys; Improving ATS score

I'm working at Infosys as a Specialist Programmer since 3 years starting my career. Unfortunately I've not picked up in any good development projects. I have no good projects which i can showcase in my resume due to which my ATS score is too low (below 50). I tried to improve it through suggestions online but it didn't help.

I need suggestions here and maybe any guidelines on how to make my resume ATS friendly. I'm thinking of making dummy projects and adding to work experience in resume.
