Imposter syndrome + Feeling lost

Been working at a startup from last 1.5+ years as a developer consultant (pursuing studies + fulltime job). I'm not satisfied by the work I am doing because the manager is real toxic & the whole team is stressed and burnt out because of him. Feeling stuck at this point like will I ever be able to crack another job or not! been applying to jobs but no one accepting the CV because I don't have a degree(I think).

I'm 21 & will be graduating in 2026, I want to focus on studies and upskilling but coming from a lower middle class family I'm not ready to leave the job I have as they're paying me well + don't want to stop investing.

Even if I leave the job, I don't want to create a gap in my CV, it might look like I was laid-off.

Will regret leaving and not leaving this job.
