Imposter Syndrome

Yesterday,when i was about leaving my odc, i was called my manager in the conference room. he discussed about my perfromance and soon, he puts me into the belief of my bad performance , despite knowing numberos of appreciation from customer and time deliverbale, and post disucssion, i moved out and by the time, i reached to the parking area, i was completely into the sense of imposter syndrome.

How to deal with this ?
