Trending @Infosys; Important !!! Salary Hikes Reality

Guys let's stop this debate that X person got 10% another one got 4%. The sad reality is that we all are after getting the salary hikes after 3 years and even if we average out it comes between 2-4% of annual growth which can never beat inflation.

Moreover how quickly every one of us has forgotten that for the past 3 years the company didn't give us a hike due to XYZ reason. If the company would have really cared about its employees even 4% annually for the past 3 years would have been averaged out to 8-10% similar to what was done by TCS. That 4% annually would have changed our CTC, PF, Gratuity and all other parameters.

Remember with mear 10% change in your CTC after 3 years will not change anything. Compare the same with your pears and you will see the difference.

Also one more thing across the JLS if you ignore the % factor everyone of us have got a salary hike in range 75000INR-150000INR.
