HI TEAM i need serious advice regarding resignation I want to discuss with hr or manager regarding this... because i need early exit Can anyone suggest should i discuss with them before putting paper or after putting paper I need early exit within one month It anyone can help for early exit... please help me i will always grateful Actually other company wants to join within 40-45 days Package is too good almost 200% hike Please help anyone..i am currently assigned to a training program not into project
My colleague was in similar situations. He never disclose about new offer initially. Later he put the paper and requested his manager for early release. Manager can alter your last exit day (they're having access to do it) He got released in two weeks
But it totally depends on your project and how friendly you're with your manager. So he would go extra step to talk few words about you to the management
