Trending @Accenture; Important!! Please help!!

My primary skill is Salesforce, been in a support + dev project here in Accenture LV 11, 3.9 YOE with 6LPA +60k variable. Been in LV 11 for 2.9 years not sure if I will get promoted this May.

I badly want to switch, but everywhere everyone is asking for immediate joiner max upto 30days of notice period.

Have applied to approx 40+ positions no one is replying when I put 3months notice period,

How are people switching, do I have to take a leap of faith and put down paper without any offer?

Is there really hiring going onn or are these fake job posting just to keep employees morals high.

Please help 🙏🏻
