Trending @Accenture; Important info for bench folks
If you are on bench, try to get into a project. If you are not getting any calls, try to reach out proactively through mails. And try not to refuse any projects. There are strict instructions to reduce bench strength either through project absorption or firing. Refusals are now being tagged and made visible to leadership. Or if you can't clear the project interview, there's a directive to specify why exactly a candidate was not suitable for the project.

Hey i am now level- 11 , got into a project in March , but after joining this project shift B my health detoriated a lot , its april (1 month) but its really difficult to work there as my health is not supporting at all , i am planning for roll off and may be in bench , so i will be in danger also ? Can u tell?

It depends. But once you go on bench, if you get another project immediately. It's not an issue. If you are on bench too long, that's when the problem occurs. But if it's affecting your health, I'd say just get a roll off is possible. That's more important. What's your primary skill?

I m in bench, cl10, getting no calls since march , when i m sending out mailer, nobody is responding. I am even applying in non tech roles to get absorbed but somehow they also need experienced candidate in that domain...not sure why there is so much dearth of projects..

That is tough. Unless you don't do a refusal, you are hopefully still safe. Just try to get in any project if it works out.

Hello sir for CL 12 those who completed training and are in bench they also terminate them?
