I got an offer letter today from citibank for the role of analyst
My question is I'm currently on bench, so if I put my papers tomorrow , will I be asked to serve the 90 days notice period or will I be given an early release , They want me to join in 30 - 45 days .
So I'm looking for a early release...who should I mail this about , the HR or The RMG
Someone please clarify...
I have seen one of my colleagues get relieved in 30 days. Cause anyhow you are not going to accept any project instead you will eat their head. So why they will pay you unnecessarily better to leave you
Locate where rmg people are sitting and keep on following them. Good luck
Bench people get released in a week max..reach out to RMG directly who has been sending u mails of unallocation.. No body would be more happy than him when a u leave 😂😂
Have heard some people on bench getting wrapped up in 30 days
Or using buyout clause
