Hi All, I received this mail today. I haven't swiped in n out in a few minutes at all but don't know why I received the mail.

Can anybody advise me on how many hours we need to be in office ???

You need to do minimum 6 hours in office.

Okay 👍, if that's the case then how to manage 5 pm-2 am shift and the previous project calls starts from 3 pm

it's not required, 2-6 hrs window is there, if you do 2 hrs or 6 hrs, both comes in same window

Try to be in office for at least 2 plus hours, else you will get another nasty email. Read the FAQ available in the TIO tool that captures your swipes.

I got call directly from HR stating indiscipline behaviour will result in action from compliance team & hr.

I also got it for the past 3 months or so I believe, this is a spam email as my friend also got it and he has done all 12 days 5 hours.

If this is the case then it's not a good thing as we are being setup by giving just a spam mail ..

Even i received the same mail where as i maintaining around 4.5hrs a day in office.

Are you on bench? Cuz one of my senior hardly hardly spends 1 hr in office (doesn't maintain 12 office days as well) but have never received any compliance mail

For how many hours you were staying in office?

Mostly I was staying in between 4 hours... This month only due to shift timing I was staying less than 2 hours, more precisely in between 1.45 to 1.55 hrs
