Implementation experience

When one is fresher, the person has to take whatever job opportunity he gets related to his field. When i was a fresher, i had got mostly support projects opportunities that time. And now I have 5+ years SAP functional support experience. Now i am looking for implementation project opportunity but all companies are looking for the experienced in implementation only. As per recruiters, if no implementation experience then your profile will not get shortlisted even for interview. Now how one is supposed to get implementation experience unless one gets the opportunity? As per companies & recruiters, support experience seems to be like no experience. Anyone else has faced this problem?
