Impetus vs Capgemini

Hi everyone,

I recently interviewed with Impetus for a position in Indore and I was selected. They offered me a salary of 14 LPA, which includes a variable pay component of 1.26 LPA. They mentioned that performance pay is not significantly cut, and I can earn this variable pay twice a year. Additionally, I will be working on a product.

I have a total of 4 years of experience and I also have an offer from Capgemini for the same salary of 14 LPA, but with 13 LPA fixed.

What should I do?
