Is there any ex-employee or current employee of Impel Ventures who can give me a genuine review of the company? I am not getting a proper understanding of theri work culture and values from glassdoor because the reviews are too contradicting. Thanks in advance.
I do not want to cloud your judgement with my experience, so please do not make any decision solely based on my comment. I had a terrible experience there. As soon as I joined, I heard the employees constantly crying about the work pressure, but I assumed they were not hard workers and that if I worked hard, I would be out of trouble. I was so wrong!
The pressure is intense because they are always understaffed, and the management is not ready to make any changes in their behaviour despite all this.
