Impacts of WFO Non Complaince in TCS.....

I got to know from a friend that if we dont maintain WFO complaince, the first impact is on QVA and if dont report after that, the entire salary will be effected, and non compliance even after that will lead to warning mail followed by Access restriction.

How true is it??
