These are two very different choices that are put in the same sentence only because they make for great pre MBA roles
I chose VC - because I believe in capitalism, like working with tech founders, want to be relevant - and feel capital enables large scale impact in its own way
This view may be misguided, and you should choose basis where you imagine to be satisfied (speak with people at both places) Just try avoiding a decision solely because it makes your MBA app look good :)
