I have been taken to a project in which I was working for almost 3 months, but I saw that the skill set wasn’t matching with my skill sets. I asked for to my manager, but he denied as there should be a particular period after which she can only release, he said me the same. Then I seek for project in which my skills can be utilise, and I asked my manager to go for moving to that project. After that he agreed and he told me the Resource Loaning process. After that discussion, I joined the another project using the resource learning process. I was charging to my first project only but working for another project which was directly interference with the client. In November, when discussion, then my first manager from my project didn’t given me much hike than my expectation. I ask him why, so upon asking, he told me that we didn’t communicated as so much and I have joined newly to this project, and then I am working for another project now as a resource learning, so we are not no much better to you. That’s why the hike is shrink.
In this case, what should I do?

You should escalate this to HR immediately. Your manager is being unfair.
