Impact on Digital Incentives.
Hi All, I want to ask that I have completed 4years being in Digital Cadre in TCS. Will my digital incentives still be impacted if I get Band C? As I heard that the Band conditions would be applicable for 4years. Can anyone confirm this? Thanks
If you have directly joined TCS as a digital associate then it won't affect. Since you have mentioned "digital incentive", I assume you have cleared wings1 from ninja to digital. So, it will still affect even after 4 years. If you get a C band, your incentive will be paused for 1 year.
Okay! Built the whole backend of a product from scratch.. and yet when I told my manager about my situation, he's like he cannot commit for A or B.. economy is this that, TCS is not in good position etc. etc. I cannot afford a C, last time in my previous project, I got A. Really don't know what to do..
