Impact on carrier
I have put paper few days back and now my manager is mentally harrassing me even though I am doing lot of work. Everytime he is telling me that if I extend the deliverable time he will go to HR. Also what has happened is I have not told anything to Client but somehow client came to know about my resignation and it seems they asked my manager about this. Now my manager has sent me a mail asking why I told such thing to Client and also scheduled a call with HR. Will it impact me??
Same happened with me. Tell him you never told the client, he can himself verify from them, let him go to hr, no one can do anything. They are venting out their grudges on you. You be double rude and shout on them and tell them they need to upskill themselves and they are incompetent. Keep taking random sick leaves and they will keep troubling you that they will extend you LWD. But honestly they can't do anything.
Don't work
Be calm and say i did not tell client dis the client mentioned how he came out to know. And keep on saying this no matter what. The best answer is same answers is such situation. Dont get upset or anger at all
