Impact of Notice Period on Interview Opportunities

No calls coming in from Naukri for 3-month notice profiles.

HR keeps asking about notice period, and if we say 3 months, they go for immediate joiners.
Any idea how to deal with this?

Applying online is a stupid way to get jobs now-a-days. Make a list of 30 companies you want a job in, in your city.
Connect with 5 Recruiters from each company on Linkedin.
Send them a message with your Resume and ask them to share your resume with the hiring team. Tell them you have just started looking for your next opportunity, hence the NP is still 3 months.

Crack that first interview and get 1 offer and then put in your papers. Continue interviewing until your NP is over, and take the best offer!
