Impact of AI on Data Engineers

Can someone please use this thread to discuss the impact of AI on Data Engineering roles and all other data related roles. Can we data engineers lose our jobs in next 5-10 years if we don't learn AI tools?

All software engineering roles (including Data Engineers) won't be able to do their jobs without learning AI tools in the next 6-12 months
