I have heard the salary is average in impact consulting but lots of chances for under the table income. Just to give u an example, govt dedicates large amounts of money for welfare schemes but a lot of it is consumed by politicians and civil servants. Impact consulting companies help in advising them how to do it while also marketing the enormous benefits created
