! Imp ! WFO Index and pay!! Anyone know the math here?

I received 80% of variable pay as i had 80% attendance, my break up below.

April

At Office - 9 Leave - 2 Branch Holiday - 2 Weekend - 8 No Show - 9

May

At Office - 8 Leave - 4 Branch Holiday - 1 Weekend - 8 No Show - 10

June

At Office - 9 Leave - 4 Branch Holiday - 0 Weekend - 10 No Show - 7

WFO Index

April - 76% May - 75% June - 89%

And received 80% variable pay.
