Recently i was updated from my manager of project A thati will be on pip in oct/nov cycle . I worked in project A till 1 sept and next day i got another project B without any bench period.

. Should i worry and how to handle this. Now can project B cancel my future PIP?

What they will ask pip like they will remove from project B and put me on PIP or with pronect B i have to complete PIP task.
3.How many chance i will clear PIP.

See PIP is nothing but Accenture says focus on your performance else we will terminate your contract it’s not like they will just kick you out ok…so for 6 months they will observe your performance and then will re-access you so that they can plan or cancel your PIP based on your current performance

If you have good rapport with your higher ups you will not given any task/ you will be safe..sometimes people are put in pip to fill in quota

Whole year you might not have worked that is why they put you in pip.
Ask yourself, if above statement is wrong then rause complaints and try to come over the situation.
If above statement is right then you should understand that no one give free salary

In latest project ,I was part of a module which which require lot of understanding ,and fast paced delivery.Which i have completed .
Other project i have not get much work because they were on transition phase. Maybe you were right , But not sure how higher management take this.
I don't think raising concern will affect once pip initiated. Will try to raise concern once i got official update.

Leave this company, understand that they are giving you signal in the name of policy.. just look for outside.. I know your feeling though employee work hard and get good billing also they are putting mental pressure on employees with these stupid rules.. they only hired and now they only saying their employees not good.. bad culture

Yes, they have to put some percentage across all levels, if you have good rapo then manager will save you, also parallely get offer outside, staying back it's not good option for future, they will point this to stop promotion, they may take over advantage like they saved you, choice is yours

You will be assigned with PIP manager from project B amse set the milestones for each week to meet. The tasks will be based on Project B alone, you have successful clear each week milestone and finally PIP manager will have give good feedback for successful Closure of PIP. Post which you can continue your project B deliverables. You are free to look outside for any opportunities during this time, no notice period if you put paper. But remember if you wish to return back here the records will show in PIP until the cooling period gets over. The cooling period is 2 years, I guess not sure. I agree with 4th point completely.

You'll be in pip in project B, but with tasks of project B only. This is what happened to one person i know.

You won't be stopped to work on project B. You will be asked to clear pip with tasks and given time for that and someone will verify if you did the job in satisfactory manner. There is just one chance to clear thr pip

If people have P4 competency score then also PIP is given ?
