Imp News: Regarding band and hike
In a recent townhall meeting HR saying that they are saying they are not releasing bands who are non compliance to RTO. They are strictly taking action which will impact the band and hike letters. Check with your project HR regarding this. Even my manager wants to give A band but HR is pretending and asking for justification why A? His RTO is not up to the mark. In the last Q3 I was doing only a swipe in & out at office. If HR is forced to B what should i do after the band release? Does HR really hold this much power can they change the band which is decided by our manager?
Please help me before the band releases. I will be prepared for the next steps

Looks like they putting pressure on employees having more than 3 years of experience to resign. They are not giving any promotion and good band who deserves it more.

Half of the employees do same don't worry.. many even don't come to office

Yes Unit can decide the band. If you are not compliant, there is only little that your manager can do

It seems that management is deliberately pressuring associates to resign. However, the job market is currently down, and we cannot afford to be unemployed in such difficult times.
Regarding your question, I donβt think HR has the authority to change the banding of associates. It seems to be a mutual decision between management and HR.

Let's see what will come. I will comment on what band I got after the band release

In a way this is right. What is the difference between daily office goers and us? We all signed and accepted we will come to office all working days and the Covid after effect is making us all lazy and stay back with WFH. BTW am also in WFH... But this is right. Deliverables are one thing but at the same time policies are also equally important.

Then they should clearly mention that everyone should be available at least this much duration. And they should have informed these things before appraisal so that everyone will be aware. After evaluation they are informing. And they were talking about only the index not the hours. This is like telling 143 to someone when they question no I told 123. You haven't heard properly.....
