Immediate resignation regarding family disputes(personal)

In TCS, I asked for immediate resignation due to some personal reasons but they are asking me to serve a notice period of 90 days which is bullshit and my manager is saying there is no option other than notice period any tips to get immediate resignation

Apply for LWP.

And resolve those issues. Once you're available, resign and serve NP.

Currently we are their slaves, and we can't even buy our freedom.

If you can produce medical documents then you can get early release

Ask for release from the project.. Speak to the HR. Get released and then put your papers from RMG you will be resigned in 1 day

This may sound easy but you need to speak to your HR for release.. it will take atleast a month

First sorry to hear about the Family dispute. Please take care of it
Secondly ask the Manager and clearly send across a mail mentioning that due to this reason you are not able to continue the work. If possible wait for response 1-2 days else slowly stop working try to apply medical leave once it is exhausted again send across the mail to release immediately.
