Immature Behavior in Grown-Ups

What are examples of immature, childish, or foolish behavior you've observed from typically mature relatives, friends, or colleagues?

My uncle behaves weirdly, stops talking, ignores me when he is unhappy with me for something that i'm not even aware of, instead of communicating the problem he just does all this nonsense.
