Will comment on the usage in some days..meanwhile you can include that scientific article ? make it genuine though.
1st impression - good icon (very important) - app installed
Continue button should be rounded and more attractive - the current one looks substandard.. still continuing..inside might look good.
Apps does not Include scientific information around habit forming (have an article for the same somewhere and explain how your app can be a tool to implement the habit hook)...sell your app...I don't even recall what are the pillars of your app...I remember about some accountability groups (I'm not interested in them..Unless you upsell it to be backed by scientific research)
signed In - again need round buttons (current ones looks like it was designed by a kid, which I presume is!)
App doesn't explains itself at the start, even if does, I skipped it and now I don't see any option to learn how to navigate the app....confusing UI and and those day names that are in the round orbs - they are not fitted well inside the circle..looks unprofessional
verdict - apps doesn't feels good to look at, no scientific backing for the app - mind says another app on the playstore....Deleted - it's surprising how easily I delete new apps.
I'll use for some day and give feedback.
Usually these kind of apps are not very helpful but now that I can talk with the developer hope to get something better out there.
Also I may be biased because I'll have the pressure to use the app to reply here..so let's see if the app can hook me or I let it go in blink of an eye (just like other apps)
